Duties & Responsibilities
- Organizes human relations and talent development strategy
- Ensures smooth recruiting, onboarding, assessment, promotion processes
- Manages staff attendance, employment statuses and prepares payroll data
- Manages HR-administrative procedures
- Develops internal labor regulations
- Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
- Maintains compliance with governmental regulations
- Ensures visa, work permit processing
- Organizes and analyzes employment data
- Communicates with company team members for HR and Labor Law questions
- Conducts employee performance and wage reviews
- Resolves conflicts through professional mediation
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ year of professional HR-related experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Organizational skills, systematic approach, flexibility
- Upper-Intermediate English speaking
- Active laptop & mobile user (Excel, Outlook, professional software)
- Having high level of ownership and responsibility
