Duties & Responsibilities

• Organizes human relations and talent development strategy
• Ensures smooth recruiting, onboarding, assessment, promotion processes
• Manages staff attendance, employment statuses and prepares payroll data
• Manages HR-administrative procedures
• Develops internal labor regulations
• Handles workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
• Maintains compliance with governmental regulations
• Ensures visa, work permit processing
• Organizes and analyzes employment data
• Communicates with company team members for HR and Labor Law questions
• Conducts employee performance and wage reviews
• Resolves conflicts through professional mediation

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2+ year of professional HR-related experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Organizational skills, systematic approach, flexibility
• Upper-Intermediate English speaking
• Active laptop & mobile user (Excel, Outlook, professional software)
• Having high level of ownership and responsibility
