Duties & Responsibilities

• Preparing the coffee & drinks as per the guest’s order and following the comments (special requests) for every order accordingly;
• Greeting the guests in the most pleasant manner and providing the information about the drinks for ordering and products for sale (retail) in the restaurant;
• Introducing the menu with its best offers, taking the order for drinks considering the guest’s preferences;
• Ensuring the bar area is always clean, sanitized and ready for every single drink being made in a perfect environment;
• To be responsible and fully involved in the restaurant’s operation;
• Doing inventories and stock takes on a permanent basis, refilling the stocks on time keeping the par levels and ensuring the availability of all drinks always;
• Collecting the feedbacks from the guests and front of house employees forwarding to the management for further action & consideration and quality of product improvement;
• Ensuring the equipment is taken care of and managed in a proper manner to avoid any breakdowns;
• Performing the duties according to the weekly schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications



• Previous experience as a barista;
• Arabic speaking; English knowledge is a nice asset;
• Coffee preparation and milk-steaming should be on a high level
• Being aware of the basics for cold drinks and mocktails preparation;
• Being a positive, self-confident and ambitious person;
• Being ready to be accepted by a warm and friendly team;
• Being ready for trainings and coffee tastings;
• Neat & tidy personality;
• Having high level of ownership and responsibility;
• Ready to work with a fantastic equipment regardless of the branch allocation
