We’re looking for a Digital Growth & Platform Lead to drive digital visibility, platform performance and channel engagement across our delivery, aggregator and mapping ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, digital ops and content coordination — and is directly connected to both our marketing and operational teams.



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Mapping Platforms (Google Maps, 2GIS, Yandex, Revinate)
  • Oversee digital presence and accuracy across key location platforms
  • Coordinate with the guest relations team on review monitoring and escalation
  • Track and improve local visibility and ratings across key touchpoints
  • Super Apps & Aggregators (Zomato, Careem DineOut, Deliveroo, Talabat, Noon Food)
  • Manage aggregator dashboards, menu updates and digital assets
  • Coordinate campaigns and visibility with aggregator account managers
  • Ensure consistency across branches and markets
  • Website & QR Journeys
  • Ensure restaurant QR menus and redirects are accurate and functional
  • Coordinate any updates to menus, descriptions or seasonal content
  • Performance Marketing
  • Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
  • Manage geo-targeted campaigns to support dine-in and delivery
  • Collaborate on campaign planning and performance reporting
  • Email, CRM & Loyalty
  • Support email campaigns for product launches, delivery pushes and reactivation
  • Contribute to loyalty program planning and tech integration (future scope)
  • Help maintain segmentation and track engagement metrics
  • Delivery & Digital Menus
  • Manage product uploads (images, categories, descriptions) across delivery platforms
  • Oversee seasonal rollouts and updates in coordination with operations and content teams
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • This is a highly collaborative role that connects marketing, operations and third-party partners.
You'll work closely with:
  • The marketing team to align messaging and promotions
  • The operations team to sync offers, locations and product availability
  • External vendors and platforms to maintain best-in-class digital execution


Requirements & Qualifications


  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing, aggregator operations or F&B performance channels
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Business and aggregator tools
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of data and user behavior
  • Ability to manage third-party vendors and coordinate cross-team digital workflows
  • Fluency in Russian is a must (spoken and written)
  • Hospitality, delivery-first or lifestyle brand experience is a strong advantage
